I really was excited about this product for a little bit until i started to notice weird soapy taste in my ice. Also I am not sure how this “self cleaning” works because when I press the button nothing happens smh. Overall it’s an okay ice machine

Perfect solution until six months later it quit working.
this thing is actually impossible to clean and it frequently molds for me for some reason. black speaks always show up in the ice cubes. i try to clean it but it is SO hard to clean.
I bought this in September. Worked for 3 1/2 months. Does not make ice anymore. I gave them the order number and a video of it not working. Will not contact me now. Warranty is no good. Do not buy from this company.
